We request that you do not attend the Clinic if you have been exposed to COVID-19, awaiting any covid test results,  anyone in your close social circle are ill (any signs of illness including sore throat, fever, loss of smell or taste, cold, cough) or you have travelled outside of Canada within 14 days of your appointment.
